Ingredients: 2 Tbs. mustard 2 Tbs. brown sugar 4-1/2 tsp. water 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1-1/2 tsp. virgin olive oil 4 salmon fillet, about 6 oz each
Cooking Directions: Prepare grill or broiler. Combine mustard, sugar and water in a small bowl. Stir in soy sauce and oil. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Grill 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes or until fish is just cooked throughout. Serve fish drizzled with mustard sauce.
