Why Exercise Programs Vary
Realistically, if you are looking for a quick exercise program that works, you may be disappointed. After all, 'quick' is a relative term, and even the best weight loss program that include exercise can only work at an average speed. This speed will vary, of course, depending on a wide variety of factors such as:
How much the person weighs at the beginning of their weight loss program How often they exercise How vigorously they exercise The types of exercises they perform and the manner in which they perform them Their physical condition at the beginning of the exercise program Their age Their sex Their diet Their genetic makeup

Taking all of this into consideration, it becomes obvious that to be truly and optimally effective, each person will need their own personal exercise program.
